Terms & Conditions

Within 24 hours of purchase

  1. You may cancel your plan and/or all add-ons for a full refund.

During the 1st 7 days of your plan

  1. You may pause future scheduled payments at any time.
  2. To temporarily pause future payments, contact our customer support team.
  3. Once you pause future scheduled payments, recurring payments will be turned off within 5 business days.
  4. Payments to Achieve Test Prep are non-refundable.

After the 1st 7 days of your plan

  1. You may upgrade your plan payments at any time.
  2. You may downgrade your future scheduled payments once you have paid the balance due for your active and completed prep courses.
  3. Achieve Test Prep is not responsible for customers who do not use their purchased services in any given month.
  4. No refunds will be issued for unused services after 24 hours of purchase.

Access to Solutions

As long as your prep course plan and/or add-on payments are paid as scheduled, you will have access to all Achieve Test Prep solutions.

  1. The number of prep courses you can take simultaneously is based on your chosen payment terms. The details are outlined in the chart below:

    Unpaid accounts due to declined credit card charges, customer chargebacks of scheduled credit card payments, and/or charges not approved due to max charge limits will result in suspended access to Achieve Test Prep solutions.

Automatic Payments

  1. Recurring payments will automatically be processed based on your chosen payment frequency.
    1. Monthly payments will process on the same day each month.
    2. Annual payments will be processed on the same day each year, and in the second and following years will convert to a monthly payment frequency without the annual payment savings. If you would like your annual renewal to be billed annually and receive the discounted rate, please submit a request by email or postal mail using the contact information at the bottom of these terms.
    3. Quarterly Plans will be paid on the same day each quarter.
    4. Yearly plans will renew on the same day each year but convert to a monthly payment frequency without the annual payment savings after the first year. If you would like your renewal to be billed annually and receive the discounted rate, please submit a request by email or postal mail using the contact information at the bottom of these terms.
  2. Upgrades and downgrades will automatically renew on the same day each month.

  1. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to our privacy policy. The privacy policy can be found in the footer section of the Achievetestprep.com website.
